I ordered a 349.00 dollar hat the hat was to big I asked to exchange for the next size down they told me NO exchange or refund. WHAT A RIPOFF! Quality sucks as well.

Poor Quality for the Price

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bellissimo Hats.

The quality of the hat is nowhere near what you would expect for the price you pay. It looks and feels far cheaper than advertised, and I honestly feel that the product is overpriced for what you receive.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service.I contacted them multiple times by email and Instagram asking if they would consider allowing me to return the hat because I simply wasn’t happy with the quality\. My messages were either ignored or left on “seen,” and I never received a meaningful response.

Their return policy is incredibly disappointing\. If you receive the hat and don’t like it, you’re essentially forced to keep it, even if it has never been worn and is still in its original packaging\. I have never experienced anything like this with any reputable retailer.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.If you’re considering buying one of their hats, be aware that the quality may not match the price, and if you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may have no reasonable way to return it.

Quality is great but the size is too small. I wear exactly a 7 5/8 hat and this hat is too small. Beautiful construction and design…just wish it fit.
