For the money spent on this hat it shouldn’t be the material I would find at hobby lobby! It’s terrible quality. Waste of money and time. They took for ever to ship even after it was done. Great customer service online and they are out of Canada. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Going through the reviews I see they changed the material and started using cheaper stuff. Such a terrible purchase!
Hat has a great fit and good shape. The felt is not all that soft and made in Canada. Ribbon band is visibly sewn to the hat and detracts from the look. I might remove it and add a different band, but this is the only detractor. My previous Bellisimo hat is made in Italy and super soft felt, band is premium and has an overall better quality than this custom optioned hat.
As you can see I have three of them and plan to order two more
Hat came to me with misspelled "Mr. And a crease in the brim. It should have been Mr.Cubbo inside the hat.
I ordered a grey El Capo hat with a black band and received a beige hat of a different style. I don't know what went wrong , but I just got back home from a trip (been gone since 1/1/25) and was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the wrong hat!
