I had this hat custom made i wanted the Chayo in antique rose. To be fair i ordered it on Christmas but it did take over a month to receive it. I love the color. I called to change the ribbon from the Burgundy i ordered to antique rose. They confirmed they would change it but the ribbon was Burgundy when i received the hat. The brim has a slight distortion on one side. No one else will probably notice but it's there. This is my third or fourth bellisimo hat. I love it but for the cost of the custom i expected the quality to be slightly better than it is. I'm not upset about or regret this purchase just a little disappointed in this overall experience.
