Hat came to me with misspelled "Mr. And a crease in the brim. It should have been Mr.Cubbo inside the hat.
I ordered a grey El Capo hat with a black band and received a beige hat of a different style. I don't know what went wrong , but I just got back home from a trip (been gone since 1/1/25) and was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the wrong hat!
I went with a custom Bellissimo Fox Fedora. The hat looks great. It is very nice quality. My only negative comment would be the sizing. I wear a size 7 so I ordered a medium. The medium is for those who wear a 7 or 7 1/8. The hat is a little loose. They did provide hat tape, but I would rather not have to use hat tape. I wish the hat was a size 7 instead of a medium. I do not think I would order another hat until they dial in their sizes. Then I would order many more hats. If you wear a 7 1/8 the medium would probably fit you much better than it fits me.
Hi Rooster, it looks like you ordered on our 3D studio which does offer exact sizing like 7 or 7 1/8'. We keep our stock items as Small, Medium etc but if you don't mind waiting we can always make it for you in a size 7.

Doesn't feel as high quality as my first purchase, the custom liner was not done but I was charged for it. The stitching around the rim was not as good as I expected it to be for the price.
