I thought the hat would be fitted cause they asked for my exact hat size but then I recieved a large with fitting tape. For the price you think they would actualky make the hat custom. The quality of material seems good though.
Since I started wearing these fly hats I can’t stop I have my fourth one being made as we speak and can’t wait for it to arrive this is a great love affair that started,and I love the way they fit and feel on my head

For the money spent on this hat it shouldn’t be the material I would find at hobby lobby! It’s terrible quality. Waste of money and time. They took for ever to ship even after it was done. Great customer service online and they are out of Canada. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Going through the reviews I see they changed the material and started using cheaper stuff. Such a terrible purchase!
Hat has a great fit and good shape. The felt is not all that soft and made in Canada. Ribbon band is visibly sewn to the hat and detracts from the look. I might remove it and add a different band, but this is the only detractor. My previous Bellisimo hat is made in Italy and super soft felt, band is premium and has an overall better quality than this custom optioned hat.
