Customer service LIED about payment process and when questioned , replied from original text and removed the LIE , LIFE LESSON , ALWAYS KEEP A HARD COPY. Also I suggested some of the same that was stated in said email after the launch of the Vault and still no reply. SMDH

Nice hat. Unfortunately it was too big. Hat box was nice as a one time only addition. Too early to say great things. I'll need to see more deliveries to decide whether this will be a good subscription to keep. ~S~

Love my Crowns from Bellissimo

My hats are the crown jewel wherever I appear. I get so many compliments. I love the elevated style level.

Now concerning the 1st vault hat, it was made in China. That was not expected as my other hats are custom made by Bellissimo. I know it has the Bellissimo ribbon, but quality is known!
